A NEW SERIES OF MEDITATIONS BEGINNING OCTOBER, NOVEMBER 2006
- 1A. Experiencing both Consciousness and Heart. October 3, 2006. In this meditation, God expands our consciousness into the great silent vastness teeming with life that is consciousness itself. From this limitless expanses, an explosion of incredible light draws us into its magnet and we find ourselves in the Moment of Creation, an exploding living vortex. We shift our focus into our heart and FEEL the Now Moment through our hearts and the connection with every life. We feel the joy of relationship. “Without your heart, you could not feel or experience all of this life. Only your heart gives you access to relationship, the relationship of living Love. “
- 2A. We Are the living ocean of Love. October 10, 2006. As we move into the heart, we feel the reverence for life, for our Twin Flame and for every life stream. We are lifted up on a beam of light to become the living ocean of Love and to experience our molecules throughout the cosmos. We are a “field of receptivity” with every life stream to all the movement of Creation. We choose an energy of a Master of an Angel to join with us in merger that we may truly feel the dance, the communion, Making Love with all Creation.
- 3A. The Day of Intention. October 17, 2006. The Day of Intention. “You are the burning heart of God, and you are burning with Love so passionate, so intense that every tiny particle is your deepest concern for every particle of life is yours to love and oh, this Love is so deep and so powerful for each of them. In the center of your great heart there burns the flame, the commitment to allowing this Love to consume all of you until your whole identity is the fires of Love themselves.” We carry this heart we are into the stillness of consciousness, and from the point of both/and, we make attunement with life on Earth and bring it into the perfection of both heart and consciousness.
- 4A. Attuning each heart on Earth. October 24, 2006. We are drawn into the vortex that is our great Twin Flame heart. A living double helix rises from our heart to the Moment of Creation. We join in consciousness with all the cells of God’s heart, and we surrender to the pulse of Creation that is the Moment of the great LoveMaking. We accept the gift of the explosion of Love. Now from the Real, we focus this vibration on our beloved Earth, joining with every heart on Earth and bringing them into attunement with the Moment of Creation.
- 5A. Our heart is the magnet for the whole cosmos. October 31, 2006. An amazing array of life surrounds each of us as a Twin Flame sun. The magnet of our heart keeps the whole cosmos in place. We feel the overpowering Love for our Twin Flame, for God, for every life. We feel our purpose and the magnet of our Twin Flame heart drawing to us all whom we love. Shifting our focus to Earth, we feel all the life that is ours to love. We feel the hologram of Love of which our heart is the center. “There is no individual identity now. There is only the truth of this Love and your Twin Flame heart in glorious embrace is the magnetic center.”

- 7A. The StarGate that is the heart of God I Am. November 14, 2006. “In the center of your awareness is a great whirling and pulsing StarGate that is the heart of God I Am, the heart of all Love, and this great and glorious opening is whirling like a spiral made up of pulsing, brilliant, living stars of light. In the center is the point of light that is the center of it all, the very seed of Creation, of consciousness and Love, and you are swept up in this amazing beauty. It is like a magnet, beloved ones, to your open and seeking heart…”
- 8A. Gratitude shall fertilize the transformation. November 21, 2006. Gratitude for the gift of life is what shall fertilize the transformation, the awakening of all hearts into their truth as Real Love. “Can you feel the gentle rain of golden-white blessings that come forth from the gratitude that you feel, the gratitude to Me for the gift of eternal life and for the gift of your beloved Twin Flame, that you might always see My Love for you standing right in front of you in the Spirit?”
- 9A. I Am the light of the world. November 28, 2006. “Deep within you now the awareness comes, ‘I Am the light. I Am the light of the world.’ I ask you to be this light and this Love and to allow your inner vision, the perception of your heart, to see the light in everything, everything you look upon, everything, everyone that you meet, and in doing so, beloved ones, your creative focus amplifies the light and brings it forth in everything, reclaiming the world in innocence and purity.”

- The Ultimate Reconnection to God Meditation, January 2004 – In this
incredibly poignant meditation which we have called "The Ultimate
Reconnection," God calls us to "surrender into My loving arms," and explains
that God is both of our true parents. "I Am the source of your life. I Am
your Mother and Father God. In Me there are no limits to the Love you are."
- Giving to the Twin Flame, March 9, 2004 – How to connect with your Twin
Flame in consciousness and to understand the Twin Flame reality. "There is
no way to explain how you can know each other like this – how you can be one
ray of light made of two, yet always sure who is who – how every atom is
blended, embracing in Love."
- Beyond Earth Life and into the Real, March 16, 2004 – In this meditation
God takes us beyond the veil into the Real with our Twin Flame, and assists
us to dissolve our impediments from that pure place. We learn to bi-locate
and pour Love from the Real back to our beloved Earth.
- Going through the Symbol to the Truth of Each Person, March 23, 2004 –
Learning to see and feel from the perspective of heart perception, from the
Real rather than on the world of symbols that is the illusion. "Where you
focus is where your Love goes." "You have parallel perception of the vast
being in the cosmic ocean and the part of yourself focusing here as a person
on Earth in service."
- Hearts in Service. April 20, 2004 – Traveling to the Real, connecting to
your Twin Flame and joining with all the other Twin Flame hearts dedicated
to service. Holding humanity and all of life on Earth in a beautiful joined
heart, created together. "…you are the bridge once again between the Real
and life on Earth."
- Dissolving Impediments to Opening the Heart. This is a greatly expanded
version of the original meditation, given through Yaël at the Second Ring
Workshop on April 24, 2004.
- In the Real, the Earth is Within Us -- 4-27-04 We do not live on the
Earth; the Earth lives within us. "Our Twin Flame heart is the size of the
universe itself and this precious Earth and all the life upon it is like one
small point within the Love you are. The Earth exists within you, and you
and your Twin Flame are incubating it within your heart."
- My Identity Is "I Am God's Love" -- 5-11-04 In this meditation God
shows us our vastness and how to join with our Twin Flame to pour our Love
onto the Earth. We learn to split our attention between the Real and the
illusion here which we have come to heal with our Love. Our only identity is
God and the Love that God is and we are.
- Remembering We Are the Living Love of God -- 5-18-04 Connected with our
Twin Flame, the great I AM that we are is grown with every breath.
"...become more aware of your identity from God, your identity in God. Who
you really are. And the beauty of exchanging this, of sharing this identity
with your one true Twin Flame" In this meditation God helps us to know
beyond a shadow of a doubt that our identity is God.
- I Am God's Love Expressing Here -- 6-1-04 "I ask you to join together
to become a living heart through which My Love is given into the world of
life on Earth, into the pocket of reversal, to return Love as the only truth
to those who are focused there."
- The Sacred Doorway of Your Heart -- 6-15-04 In this meditation God
takes us deeply into the sacred doorway which is our heart. We are a
limitless, vast, magnificent universe, an open system, "a generating station
of Love." We create a Star of David, a living symbol of the SoulMate heart
and we recognize each human heart as the Christ doorway for that being.
- The Master Cell of a Living Heart -- 6-29- 04 God leads us into the
Real, into consciousness and there we learn about the Master cell of our
living heart which is the passageway between the illusion and the Real. We
learn to speak to this Master Cell to dissolve the impediments to the heart
which are blocking the unending flow of God's Love into our lives.
- With God We Awaken the Twin Flame Patterns of Light.7-6-04 In this meditation God asks us to envision someone whose heart we would like to awaken and to see its pattern of perfection. We place the seeds of this life within our Twin Flame heart. "Can you feel how much more life your Twin Flame heart contains for having just placed the seeds of another heart within it?"
- God's Love Fills Our Receptive SoulMate Hearts. 7-20-04 God pours Love through our still, receptive Twin Flame heart. The Love circles out like ripples on a pond, "touching, blessing and bringing My grace to every life." God asks us to trace these ripples of Love with our consciousness. As we continue to receive this Love, we feel the interconnection with all the other Twin Flame hearts, as each and every cell of God's heart receives the Love and knows itself as Love again.
- The Chalice of Your Living Twin Flame Heart. August 24, 2004 In this meditation, God asks us to become a container for God's Love at the Moment of Creation, repeated again and again as life becomes manifest in every Now Moment. "...in the movement of the three fold flame that is the Twin Flame heart of God, you can hear the song of our merging..." "I ask you to pour this Love outward and into this pocket that we call life on Earth..."
- Accepting the Signature of Your Twin Flame Heart. September 7, 2004. We
are lifted to God and to the Moment of Creation and the moment of our birth.
God gives us the pattern, the individual signature of the cell we are in God
's heart. We then attune the vibration of our heart's song to God and to the
heart within our present body. Our goal is the dual awareness of who we
truly are and the bridge we create on Earth.
- Traveling to the Center of the Twin Flame Heart. September 21, 2004.
Following rays of light into our Twin Flame heart, we learn to access the
Moment of Creation through our Twin Flame heart, as the center point of
connection on both sides of the veil. We consciously work on dissolving the
veil from the vantage point of the Real.
- The Now Moment of Creation through Each of Us. September 28, 2004. We
touch the Now Moment of Creation through our Twin Flame heart, becoming a
living Star of Light and from the realms of light, we send Love back into
the pocket of life on Earth. Bi-location. God gives us a being with whom to
share our Love in healing.
- Experiencing the Moment of Your Birth in the Chamber of Your Heart,
October 12, 2004. In this extraordinary meditation, God teaches us to build
a world of symbols that will be the bridge from the illusion to the Real for
all of humanity. We enter the chamber of our heart, and are lifted to an
experience of our birth at the Moment of Creation. We are then guided
through a symbolic process to use our pure Twin Flame Love to shift the
reversal of Life on Earth.
- Building a Bridge to the Real through Your Sacred Healing Space, October
19, 2004. In this meditation God continues to lead us in building the bridge
world of symbols between the Real and life on Earth. We take a journey
through the Christ doorway into the chamber of the heart. Connecting with
our Twin Flame we are bathed in endless Love. With God's guidance, we bring
a being from Earth life into our sacred healing space, and with the Love of
our Twin Flame, anchor them in the Love of the Real.
- The Inner Realms of Your Own Living Heart – Your SoulMate Womb, November 2, 2004. We move into our heart and there we connect deeply with our Twin Flame. We open the doorway to our Twin Flame heart and step to the altar where the merger that is the Twin Flame womb occurs. With God’s help we wrap the part of Earth that we are waking today, in our heart and return it to only Love. This meditation teaches the technique for unfreezing frozen Love on Earth.
- Visiting the Realm of God through the Atoms of our Body and the Rose of Light of our Heart, November 9, 2004. With God’s guidance, we travel into the body to the streams of Love between the atoms of our body, and onward to the blazing heart where we connect with our Twin. Together we visit the petals of light of the symbols Rose of Light (the lotus) that is the center of the heart and of All That Is. We have a true experience of being multi-dimensional and giving Love in billions of ways throughout Creation all at once.
- Birthing Love Through the Twin Flame Heart, November 16, 2004. We learn more in this meditation about how to birth Love through the union with the Twin Flame in consciousness. “That which is born of your Love is always and forever part of you, and yet, has its own life and consciousness…” We hold the Earth, the pocket of reversal, within our Twin Flame heart.
- “I Am Love.” Being “Love in the Making” The Pulse of Your Spiritual Heartbeat. November 23, 2004. We experience the force and feeling of our own heart. We feel the opening of the heart, the impact of the great Rays of Love and the process of the LoveMaking throughout our being. We use the “I Am Love” mantra as we feel the “rising up of the will to give once again…”
- The Twin Flame Atoms (The Diamonds of Creation) Can Be Rearranged, November 30, 2004. Abundance Meditation. God takes us to an experience of the Twin Flame atoms that make up all Creation. All solidity drops away as we realize we are a living cosmos of Twin Flame lights that beam for the magnetic presence of our own Twin Flame heart. “Every atom…is a glorious magnificent diamond, and you are rich beyond all imagining, because the diamonds of All Creation are in endless supply.”
- Releasing Physicality. The One Magnificent Heartbeat of God in the Real
and on Earth. December 7, 2004. God once again takes us to the Real, into
the sea of sparkling atoms and to awareness of the one heartbeat of God. We
feel a million lives, a million hearts on fire within us, and we are guided
to awareness of the pulse of Creation, the one great heartbeat in
everything.
- Anchoring the Christ Within Us. December 14, 2004. God shows us the
magnitude of our own hearts as "an integral and magnificent part of the
functioning heart of Creation." God assists us to feel the streams of light,
the Rays of life that we are, and asks us to once again say "yes," to accept
our abundance in God. This is not a mind experience but a felt experience.
We are then guided to focus the Twin Ray of white and pink into our heart on
Earth, anchoring the Twin Flame Christ here on Earth.
- Giving the Gift of Christ to Every Heart on Earth. December 21, 2004. "I
want you to know that through the gift of your hearts it is time to birth
the Christ light in every precious human heart on Earth." In this
meditation, God shows us that every single heart on Earth is a diamond
light, "a star field that is the living heart of God forever alive and
sparking, each Twin Flame light pulsing a signal in harmony with the Moment
of Creation." The hearts of those who are awake and willing are the opening
for assisting all of humanity to remember who they are.
- Using our Living Net of Love to Assist Brothers and Sisters, Tsunami
meditation, December 28, 2004. "Encircling that which we call the 'pocket of
reversal' or 'life on Earth' I ask you now to receive into this net the
consciousness of those recently making transition back into the realm of
Love. I ask you to wrap your Love around them as a mother holds her child
and to hold them in your Twin Flame heart."
- The Living Galaxy of Light That Is Your Body, January 4, 2005. In this
meditation, God shows us the living Love that is our body. We feel the
sparkling diamonds that are the living atoms and we travel through the heart
to the vast Real of who we are as a Twin Flame cell in God's heart. From the
Real we shower life on Earth, the illusion, with Rays of Love that unfreeze
physicality and return all life on Earth to God, to Love, to freedom, to
consciousness, the Real of who they are.
- A Star is Born in the Pocket of Duality, January 11, 2005. We are taken
on an amazing journey into the truth of who we are, into the pure white
light at the center of our Twin Flame hearts. Using the streams of light
that emanate from the center point of each of us, we penetrate the illusion,
delivering our Love and creating a light at the center of life on Earth. A
new star, a new center of life on Earth results. The center point of life on
Earth becomes "the heart of the heart of God, the center point of the whole
heart that is all of you together."
- You Are the Great Double Helix of All of Created Life. January 18, 2005.
We are first given the experience of the heart center of our being
surrounded by the sparkling diamond Twin Flame hearts that are the atoms and
electrons of life. We then experience our birth at the Moment of Creation as
a Twin Flame cell in God's heart, and identifying with (either) Divine
Masculine or Divine Feminine, we feel the spiraling dance of Love that is
our merger with our beloved Twin Flame. We plant the Double Helix of our
Love as Twin Flames into the Earth, bringing the forces of Creation into the
pocket of reversal and creating the bridge to the Moment of Creation.
- All Creation is a Hologram. Gratitude for Life. January 25, 2005. We
learn of the holographic nature of Creation and how with each breath, every
single life breathes as one. We become aware of the greater whole as well as
our own Twin Flame heart, as life comes forth each Now. God explains to us
how this precious Earth is alive within our being, a living part of us, and
reminds us why we have such a tender Love for the Earth. We sing a song of
gratitude for life and God thanks us for our Love.
- Amplifying the God-Given Purpose of Each Life on Earth, Feb. 1, 2005. We travel to the center of our heart, feeling the light in our heart that is ever our homing beacon and the tri-fold flame that is the light of God and the Twin Flame light of Love we are as God creates us every Now. God tells us that there resides the seed of our purpose as received from God. It is the coming alive of the seeds of purpose of each consciousness that will bring life truly to Earth. We are asked to place our focus on Earth and to call forth and amplify the purpose in every heart.
- Planting the World in Our Twin Flame Womb, February 8, 2005. We are taken on a journey into our heart to the center point where the ocean of God’s Love and our Twin Flame relationship join. From this point we feel the energy of the Twin Flame Love that explodes with atomic power. With God’s direction we plant the world in our Twin Flame womb, feel the seed of new creation and the explosion of what was “life on Earth” transformed into living giving Love.
- The Star of Light in Our Heart is the Gateway to the Real. February 15, 2005. With our Twin Flame, each of us forms the Double Helix that is the center of Creation. “With every breath the whole of Creation breathes with you, and your purpose with each and every breath is to give this Love that you make together.” In this meditation God gives us the experience of the power of our hearts. We bring life on Earth into the center of our Twin Flame womb and cherish and nourish it “until it is ready to be birthed into Love.”
- Your Heart is a Whole Creation. February 22, 2005. In this meditation God takes us on a journey to feel our heart, our consciousness, the pure Love in our Twin Flame heart, who we truly are. “Everything is a hologram. So within your Twin Flame heart or womb, the whole cosmos is now alive, and by your Love it comes awake, gains awareness of itself.” We practice the background/foreground shift and become comfortable with living in a body that is not who we are.
- The Orgasmic Joining of Twin Flame Love. March 1, 2005. In this
mediation we experience our Twin Flame in the Real, feeling the vastness,
"one explosion of life reflected countless times," and feeling our Twin "so
close, so real, as if together you are an embryo, wrapped as one as the
yin/yang sign." We experience the pulsing light "as together you become a
great star of light whose power and Love is shooting forth as life for All
That Is."
- Reflecting Our Perfect Twin Flame Love on Earth. March 8, 2005. In this
meditation, with God's guidance, we breathe out our old identity as a
limited human and we feel the vibration of The Real, of the River of Life.
With our Twin Flame we watch these old identities fall away and we feel the
joy of being lighter! We notice the difference between being armored and
protected and being unlimited. God asks us to accept the orgasmic song of
Twin Flame Love we are, and we bring this new consciousness to the world we
now live in, which becomes a perfect reflection of our Twin Flame Love.
- You Are a Blazing Twin Flame Star of Light. March 15, 2005. "In the
center of this Star of Light there is a silence, a point of contact, a place
in which you dwell in pure conscious harmony with All That Is. It is a place
where you can feel the perfect center of All I Am - the silence from which
all activity flows. Beloved ones, this point, this point of Love, of silent
presence in the center of your heart IS your point of nourishment, of
contact with all the potential waiting to be realized in the great truth of
your life."
- Twin Flame Hearts of Humanity, Twinkling Together. March 22, 2005. We
feel what it is like to be the living Twin Flame of Love. God places His
living presence right within the living flame we are. We experience the
center point where our identity comes to us from God, Now after Now. We are
drawn into the intimacy of the Twin Flame connection, "undulating together
creating the double helix that is the matrix of life." We feel other rays of
Twin Flame light touching, illuminating, and bringing life to other parts of
the living whole. Turning our focus to the Earth, all that seemed to be
physical is revealed as moving molecules of golden-white light from electron
to atom to the matrix of relationship that is life on Earth.
- The Song of Our Twin Flame Heart Eliminates the Veil. March 29, 2005.
Connecting with our Twin Flame in consciousness, feeling we are one being
with two streams of awareness, we bi-locate, carrying this perfection back
to Earth. Holding the living flame, we view the Earth through the eyes of
only Love. We see that this song of Creation is the only one Real
possibility. Even seemingly positive concepts such as health are a part of
duality. Placing attention in both places, we eliminate the separation
between Earth and the Real, eliminating the veil.
- I Am Conscious Love, Giving of Myself. April 5, 2005. Any time we
choose to be connected to another life, to experience awareness as that
living being, we connect to that life in our heart and we become that
experience of the conscious life they are. " I ask you to feel the reverence
of the awareness that all of life is connected in you." "Anything that you
place within you is delivered atomic Love -- living atomic energy of the
ignited Twin Flame heart -- the living River of Life is the truth of you.
And this vast perspective, that the River of Life is within your being, is
the truth I now ask you to hold as your real identity."
- Your Heart is a Window for the Pure Light of God. April 12, 2005. God
gives us the direct awareness that we are God's heart. In the flame of the
Twins, we travel beyond all limitation. We are shown that "everything you
thought you knew as part of a physical universe is the symbols of the
energies from within your own Twin Flame womb." We make a commitment to
being the Christed heart of life on Earth.
- The "Stars of Light" Pattern of Human Hearts. April 19, 2005. With all
the stars of light that are the human hearts, we form a pattern, a living
vortex that is the center of the heart of God. We travel to the center of
our own heart, to the Moment of Creation. We feel the arc of our own heart,
from the Moment of Creation through the Twin Flame Love Making all the way
into the heart of our life on Earth. We allow God to direct the River of
Life through us and send it out to life on Earth.
- The Matrix of Paradise, of Heaven on Earth. April 26, 2005. We contact
the matrix of light, the shape of the New World. We are the living bridge.
Our hearts are the support for this matrix of light we are building - the
grid. We form with our Twin Flame the Double Helix that is the pattern of
Creation. Each of us has a unique and special pattern. "I ask you now to
cherish this awareness of yourself as unique and precious and beautiful,
created as no one else and to hold this in your heart as the greatest gift,
the gift of life.
- There Is Only One Life Coming Forth. May 3, 2005. God takes us on a
journey in consciousness, into the Real of Love. We are the very particles
of living light. The Now Moment explodes like a heartbeat and we give it
forth. We are pregnant with life. We train the "beam of our Twin Flame Love"
upon the pearl that is the pocket of reversal and light up the world with
Love.
- The Merger of Divine Masculine & Divine Feminine in the Twin Flame
Heart. May 10, 2005. The yin/yang symbol shows the merger of Divine
Masculine and Divine Feminine within the Twin Flame heart - one exchange,
one heart with two streams of consciousness. You love, support, enhance and
create Love together. From the realms of consciousness we embrace life on
Earth, stopping the pendulum swing of antagonism of these two forces of
Creation. We are creating the Bridge to the New World.
- You Are a Universe of Love. May 24, 2005. Each atom in our being is a
functioning Twin Flame heart. The flames of your Twin Flame union make you
limitless, and you feel that the body that once encased you is made of
living light. You bring the very River of Life into your body and
"everything you once believed was limited and physical.is now freed to be
the streams of dancing, living Love that is the truth of your being."
- Your Heart is a Great Vortex of Light. May 31, 2005. "As this light
touches your heart and bursts forth in great rays of living Love, you
remember once again who you are in Me. You can feel your Twin Flame nature -
one heart, two streams of Love - and through this heart forever pours all
the Love I Am." "You have so much Love to give, dear ones. Love that can
nourish a cosmos and still overflow from your heart." God asks that we see
the world as we have known it, the pocket of duality, surrounded by a glove
of light. This is the pattern for this world and we have choice every moment
to choose the world or duality or the world of light.
- Entering the Cathedral of the Heart, June 14, 2005. On this voyage with
God we enter the cathedral of the heart where we meet with God and make the
connection to the living River of Life. In this sacred place, we allow
ourselves to see what within us keeps us separate and wash these beliefs in
the River of Life. Filled with holy presence, we receive our identity
directly from God. We see every other person on Earth, first as a cathedral
and then joined as one heart of Love.
- Receiving the Seed of Light That Is Your Purpose in God, June 21,
2005. We float to the center of our magnificent heart, with God holding us
in perfect Love. The heart opens and we take life directly from God. We feel
the "seed of light" that is our purpose dropping into our Twin Flame heart.
We nurture this purpose as it grows brighter and stronger. ".you can feel My
presence so intimately close that I Am alive in every atom." We bring this
gem of our purpose back into our hearts and back into the life that we lead
on Earth.
- Our Heart Receives the Specific Pattern that God Has Given to Us, June
28, 2005. "I Am lifting you through the doorway of Love into the ocean of
Love that is All I Am." The essence of you, Divine Masculine or Divine
Feminine, becomes one with your Twin Flame. God fills us with the gift of
Love that is our unique pattern, the imprint of which will always align us
with the River of Life. As each "human" heart receives its pattern, the old
and frozen heart's beliefs are melted. We carry this pattern back into our
life on Earth in these glorious times of awakening.
- Feeling Our Atoms as Living Hearts. July 5, 2005 Every cell is a
living heart, filled with pulsing light. We move from being physical to
being perfect glorious living light. We are holding our atoms wrapped in the
most tender embrace of Love, and they are freed. "There is joy unimaginable
as the community of spirit that you are is brought fully back to Love." We
focus on one atom and feel its energy like an explosion every Now. As we
turn back to our life on Earth, we see these atoms as our body in a
"magnificent display of glowing living Love, radiating the power of the
living heart of God."

Your Heart is the Key to it All. July 19, 2005. Tonight we feel all
humankind being breathed by God and we are the center of all humankind. We
cross the threshold into the realms of pure Love and ego-mind falls away.
Our consciousness expands. God wakes our heart into the "full and glorious
recognition that the heart is the key to it all." We feel our Twin Flame's
Love. "You have so long forgotten how potent and how powerful it is to have
pure life." We feel the whole of Creation and the energy of the Moment of
Creation, held in the Double Helix of our Twin Flame presence. There is only
one heart and that heart is God.
- Fall in Love with the Heart You Are in God. July 26, 2005. The center
of this universe you are is the star that is your heart, the point where we
meet God. "I pull you gently through the center of your own universe,
through the doorway of your heart." "I ask you once again to surrender your
whole heart to Me." This meditation is the experience of breathing, loving,
being with God, stretching our awareness through all the realms of Love. We
are always connected through our hearts with the Moment of Creation.
- Opening to the Vertical, the River of Life and Moment of Creation. August 2, 2005. We enter the living doorway that is the heart, placing our consciousness there. The doorway opens to the Vertical, to the living River of Life from the Moment of Creation. We feel “life – brand new, unlimited, pristine.” We pour forth the River of living giving Love, feeling the mind release its hold and dissolve our identities in the world. God helps us to feel the difference “between a limited pocket with a finite definition and the great vast unlimited nature of your Love and your life.” We calibrate our heart and life and consciousness to the Real truth of Love, flooding every life on Earth with the pure light of Love.
- The Vertical Breath – Harmonic Convergence. August 16, 2005. We feel the connection to the Moment of Creation as we join our breath with each other. Breathing in Love, we connect with the explosion of light at the top of the breath and at the center of our hearts. Breathing out, we deliver the most perfect living Love. All barriers dissolve. The center point in our hearts mark for us our birth in light in each Now Moment. God asks us to hold the vibration of the explosion of Creation in our life as we appear on Earth. We shift our focus easily from Earth life to beyond Earth life to the glorious Real. We see our purpose – bringing our focus as one stream of living Love, unimpeded, to Earth.
- The Diamond Clarity of the Center of Our Heart. August 23, 2005. Through the breath, God lifts us into the Real, bringing all humankind, all life on Earth with us. We feel the diamond clarity of the center of our heart. God tells us, “I love you beyond all imagining, dear one, each and every one of you,” and asks us to receive the Love that is pouring to us. As we become the Double Helix, the forces of life itself, God reminds us of our life on Earth and how tiny was our perception compared to this experience of our magnificent heart. “…the point where you appear in the dream is simply a point of focus for the River of Life itself.”
- The Great Living Heart We Are, Together. August 30, 2005. God reminds us that our purpose is to be a living bridge and through our dedication we become a great living heart, a hub of light creating a living star. We are the passionate heart of God, a living orgasm of Creation itself. We receive the pattern of Love, delivered perfectly, ever expanding our hearts. “Your focus is the delivery of this Love that I Am through the giving nature of your Twin Flame heart.” God asks us to anchor this perfect vibration of Love.
- “I Am Unlimited Love.” September 6, 2005. The whirling streams of light from the heart lead to the center of the Star of Light, the point where we are One with God. Wherever we go, we are the heart of God. “In the miracle of created life, you are the river itself and the heart that it flows through.” “You are one whole being – alive to the Real, and the living Now Moment pulsing through the River of Life and becoming your Twin Flame LoveMaking.” God asks us to rest in this and in the truth that “you are the whole living River of Life present in the world.”
- All Creation Breathes a Sigh of Release. September 13, 2005. In this meditation God asks us to experience the huge star of light, right where once we beheld a body. We are “living suns. Suns within suns. Each atom a living Twin Flame heart.” We feel the meeting with God in the chamber of our limitless heart where we share the precious Love. God draws us deeper and deeper into the experience of feeling the center of the Twin Flame heart. “This is the size of your Real World. As you feel it, let it come alive within you, dearest ones.” Everywhere our consciousness rests, our heart is fully present.
- You Are Living Love. September 20, 2005. In this meditation, God continues to stretch us “beyond the boundaries of any limited existence. I open you up as a glorious heart to the Moment of Creation.” “…please feel your heart and expand your awareness of the vastness of your magnificent heart.” The pulse of Creation is alive in the center of our heart. “Beloved ones, what I want you to feel is the energy of life received.” God asks us to receive God’s abundance and allow every atom to take wing within us. “Feel your accepting heart that is your life on Earth.”
- Indelibly Record This Vibration. September 27, 2005. As we breathe, our heart moves totally beyond thought into feeling. The heart expands wider and wider and wider and everywhere our consciousness touches, our heart feels the Love. We get to intimately love each life in the whole and at the same time to experience everything of God within ourselves. Both/And. There are no veils, no barriers. We feel the glorious explosion in the center of our vastness while God attunes us to the atoms of energy that pour in the giving river of nourishment and life. God asks us to record this vibration – the gift and the power and the Love that is our life.
- A Vibrating Community of Twin Flame Hearts. October 11, 2005. In this meditation we embrace dual awareness of each of us as a perfect cell, A Twin Flame heart in the glorious heart of God – all of us a community of Love – and the community of cells (Twin Flame hearts) we call our body. We can shift between the macrocosm that is our place in God’s heart and the microcosm of our individual inner lives. Life on Earth is simply atoms and cells “breathing in this Love that you are giving” – Love we have accepted and then give forth.
- I Am the Creative Heart of God. October 18, 2005. God plants in our hearts the memory “of the spark of life that is so vast and powerful that all Creation is illuminated by it.” It is a wordless awareness that says “I Am the creativeheart of God.” God asks us to feel all life in the world as made vibrant by our Love – with its connection with the realms of Love and life. “Beloved ones, each life on Earth is simply a point of consciousness of a vast and glorious being exactly like you.”
- The Magnificent Fiery Star of Our Hearts. October 25, 2005. God opens “the magnificent fiery star” of our hearts and creates for us there a bridge-world, a chamber of sacred symbols. We are in “the cathedral of God.” Here in this sacred space we feel the pulse of God’s Love enlivening our Twin Flame heart as a great ray of light which we then shine upon the hearts of those whose lives touch ours. We focus this great beam of light onto something we once believed represented darkness, and we see that even here there is Love within. As long as we remember that this great ray of Love is the power and nothing outside of us, everything will always be magnetized back to its truth.
- The Night of Our Deepest Communion. November 1, 2005. “Tonight, beloved ones, I want you to feel that you are totally loved by Me forever as the most precious gem…the most cherished being that ever existed.” “As I love you and your heart cracks open, if tears come, let them fall and let them nourish other lives as life after life remembers that there is only Love that is inclusive and tender and acknowledges you as the Christ of God, a heart of Love that you are.”
- The Deep Mystery of Your Heart. November 8, 2005. God explains how our heart contains the whole world and contains a glorious Twin Flame Love that of itself could light the world. How vast we are! God opens our heart as the great flame that lights all Creation. With each breath we nourish the embryo that life on Earth can become, in our Twin Flame womb. This blue green planet full of precious lives is alive in our Twin Flame heart. Hearts here are beginning to awaken, and God asks us to place a blanket of light and Love all around the world, flooding the world with light.
- Your Heart is the Perfect Mirror of the Living Life You Are. November 15, 2005. We move into the chamber of living light in which our heart’s beliefs are stored. Here is a record of all that we’ve come to believe. Tonight God brings us the messages that are stored within this chamber and “the living light to free them from all belief in shadow.” In this chamber is also a doorway that leads us into communion with every atom of the body. Here are the Master cells of the heart. God leads us in bringing the vibration of pure Twin Flame Love into these Master cells and attuning them to perfect Love.
- Charging Up Beloved Earth with Our Electrons. November 22, 2005. God gives us, in this meditation, the experience of becoming the living conduit of this living Love. Our heart comes alive as a generator of living Love and charges up our electrons, sending them to our feet to connect and charge up the Earth. We feel the electrons of light from the realms of light meet with the Earth. The energy comes into every one of our energy centers and connects in our heart with the light of the Real as it flows from God. Our body becomes a living bridge to the Earth. With every footstep we are atomic.
- Feeling the Fires of Twin Flame Love. November 29, 2005. The fires of Love that burn within the heart are activated, as is our passion of our deep remembrance of Twin Flame Love. Resistance falls away. We become these living flames of Love. Dancing right through us in passionate exchange is the glorious Love of our Twin. God places in these flames “the whole illusion of a separate self and a separate world, and you can feel the flames consume them.” Our consciousness stretches throughout the cosmos, but burns with Love for our precious life on Earth. The fires free the energy within us to now serve Love. This life force now can be used to fuel each part of life, creating the bridge-world in the symbols of Heaven on Earth
